We manufacture Glass/Polyester Cloth Wound Tube. The process involves the winding of glass roving with high temperature. Epoxy resin system over the metal mandrel under tension. The wound mandrel is cured/post cured to the declared temperature to achieve the hardness. The cured tubes are released in a hydraulic extraction machine and sent for machining/finishing as per the customer requirement. Our unit is installed with a Numerically Controlled Winding Machines that is designed to control the orientation of the filaments, Winding angle, and automatic Control of the dimensional requirements. The Cylinders and tubes manufactured has excellent Electrical, Mechanical and Thermal Properties. Temperature class of the Product is 155 degree centigrade.
